Magellan Sails in Santa Boka
A Culinary Voyage with Chef Aleksandar Ilić
This summer, we are proud to welcome a culinary partnership that brings one of Belgrade’s finest kitchens to the Adriatic coast. Chef Aleksandar Ilić, one of the creative forces behind the acclaimed Magellan restaurant in Belgrade (magellan.rs), will be joining us for a special collaboration.
Magellan is a proud holder of three consecutive years of Michelin Guide recognition, a testament to its commitment to excellence, innovation, and the highest standards of fine dining.
Throughout July and August, Chef Ilić will lead the setup of our kitchen, infusing it with his philosophy of refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and global inspiration. Even more exciting—his talented Magellan team will be working in our restaurant, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience by the sea.
